“71% of organizations do not feel their leaders are able to lead their organization into the future.” - State Of Leadership Development
We’re here to help you develop better leaders through Leadership Development Training. Statistics show that the number one reason employees stay or leave and succeed or fail is directly correlated to their relationship with their manager, not the company. We believe that managers are an essential key to employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Are people looking forward to their next interaction with your Leaders (or not!)?
We have two powerful Leadership workshops for you to choose from:
Do you struggle to get your leadership team all on the same page? Do you find yourself tempted to prioritize profits at the expense of your people, vision and values?
A leader who lives out the right perspective brings inspiration, energy, collaboration and focus to those around them. They bring about a greater good than the individual members could ever do on their own. They lead with humble confidence as well as courageous action. This is the perspective that’s needed to go after greatness in business today.
This five module video series guides you in understanding the “five priorities” framework. Each video and the accompanying workbooks equip you with the tools which will: improve individual and organizational performance, enhance team communication, and increase productivity and profitability through the alignment of the organization’s goals and priorities. Using the workbook and corresponding videos, we will walk you through a deep dive of the five priorities concept to help your company multiply and thrive. These videos can be watched either individually or as a team. The key is to individually reflect on the session workbook exercises before discussing outcomes with others.

We are on a mission to revolutionize leadership. For leaders seeking an immersive, development experience ready to build on their strengths, bring out the best in their teams and lead with a people first approach, our hands-on program helps leaders to build a strong foundation of leadership competencies. Each component of the Leadership That Ignites program can be done as one whole program or in sections, depending on the needs of your organization. There are 3 components to the program:
Increasing communication by understanding behaviors
Leaders throughout history have had one thing in
common—they know themselves. Leaders don’t
underestimate what they can do. They don’t sell themselves short. They know their own limitations, and by realizing their weaknesses, are able to develop plans to overcome their shortcomings and take full advantage of their strengths.
This section focuses on understanding behavioral communication strengths and limitations and where behavioral styles either builds or hinders trust and collaboration. Participants will determine new ways to adapt, leading to increased communication, stronger relationships, and better results.
Reveal Your Why is a highly interactive session for participants to develop self-awareness resulting in improved communication, engagement and performance for the individual and their organization.
We focus on learning about our driving forces: Our Why. Our Driving Forces act as a filter through which we find ourselves attracted to different careers, hobbies, and beliefs. These preferences do not make the diverse preferences of any other individuals right or wrong. When a person feels their Driving Forces are being satisfied both personally and professionally, he or she tends to be a more engaged employee and generally are more happy.
People high in emotional intelligence tend to not only be more successful, but also have higher life satisfaction as well.
Dan Goleman theorized that 90% of the difference between star performers and average performers in the workplace was related to EQ. Time and research continue to demonstrate the key role emotions play in conflict resolution, collaboration, innovation, leadership, and other key successful cultural attributes in companies. EQ might be the most important skill any professional can develop in our current workplace.
